Description

A piñata is such a fun way to say Happy Birthday! This card uses a rainbow foil technique on the background panel and colorful stripes of fringed cardstock. A hand colored piñata and candies add to that hilarious sentiment. This is a Level 3 Specialty Card Kit.

Recommended adhesive: Liquid craft glue and strong double sided tape
