Description

Create a plaid background with beautiful stripes of paper. Then, layer it all with beautiful balloons. This is a Level 2 Card kit.

Recommended adhesive: Liquid craft glue

1 Celebrate You set (black backer, white word) 

1 Set of colorful stripes (13 pc.) 

1 Set of thin black stripes (9 pc.)

1 White oval die cut

1 Set of foam squares
